Each directory number is assigned to a category list that has
the desired functions. The commands 0101 - 0105 allocates
category lists for extensions. To allocate category lists to
common abbreviated numbers, see section "Allocate category
list to common numbers".
Note: External lines and traffic groups cannot be allocated via a
system telephone.
Allocate extension 202 with category list "1" for facility access.
