Using control and status bytes
In contrast to other types of terminal, the process data provided when using a KL3356 is valid even
during register communication!
The KL3356 uses
• control byte 0 and status byte 0 exclusively for register communication
• control byte 1 and status byte 1 exclusively for process data mode
