Once master links are removed, remove conveyor

Remove worn belt by pulling on one end. On dual

not caught on sprockets of drive roller on other

Before installing new belt. Check to see if chain

wear strips and roller supports (S) need repair.
Remove debris accumulated in chain wear strip
and roller support.
Check for any damaged or non-functioning support

be replaced with a new one. Free rotating rollers
prolong conveyor belt life by keeping it from getting
struck or any other malfunction.
Inspect drive roller and sprocket (U) on both

Pick up new conveyor belt (V) with overhead crane

Insert one of free belt ends into lower chain guide
