Prevent serious injury or death.
Before performing inspections, service or
maintenance:
Park machine on firm, level surface and
•
engage parking brake.
Switch engine off.
•
Close and lock control panel cover.
•
Chock tires.
•
Park machine on a firm, level surface by bringing

travel controller (A) to the center position. Push
E-stop button (B) all the way down to engage
parking brakes. Chock wheels of machine.
Turn off engine.

Remove keys. Close and lock control panel cover
3.
to avoid a start-up of machine.
On dual sided machines remove bib assemblies
4.
(C) from both discharge ends. On single sided
machines remove the bib assembly and the end
plate on non- discharge end.
Remove left and right side end-gate assemblies
5.
(D) on both discharge ends. Use a suitable lifting
device to lift and move end-gate assemblies.

WARNING
Remove outer sideboard rubber assembly (AD)
6.
on hopper back side by removing 9 button head
screws (E).
Remove outer sideboard rubber assembly (AE)
7.
on hopper front side by removing 9 button head
screws (F).
Remove inner sideboard rubber assemblies (AB)
8.
on hopper back as well as front end by removing
18 thread forming screws (G).
