Gas Auto-Lift Fryer Maintenance

Gas Alarm

If the fryer tries 3 times to light the burner without success the gas control system will lock out and a Gas Alarm
will pop up on the screen. Press the green RESET button to reset the gas control system and try to light again. If
the problem persists, contact an authorized BKI service agent for corrective action.

Filter Pump Reset

If the filter pump overheats a PUMP TOO HOT alert will pop up and a timer will start to count up.
