Managing Queues

Queue calls will be presented with caller ID and
name of queue
Agents can use Custom Extensions (star codes) to
login, pause, and logout out of the queue
Custom Extensions are unique to each tenant.
Fuze reserves some numbers for general use
(voicemail, call monitoring, etc)
