S To select all the department cards:
Press the ZOOM key to select RESTRICT ALL, then
press the AUTO ZOOM key to confirm.
A list of the department card numbers will appear,
with "1" to the left of all the numbers.

Press the ZOOM key to select the card whose use
is to be prohibited, then press the AUTO ZOOM
key to confirm.
