Detailed description
2.4 Actions in synchronized actions
Trigger_event_1 to trigger_event_4:
- 1:
- 2:
Measurement
memory:
Measured values are supplied exclusively for the machine coordinate system.
MEAWA
... DO MEAWA[Axis]=( , , , , ) ; axial measurement without deletion of distance-
to-go
If needed, deletion of distance-to-go can be called explicitly in synchronized actions. See
Chapter "DELDTG" and the example given below.
GEO axes and axes involved in transformations can be programmed individually.
Programming:
The programming method is identical to that used in the part program
Note
System variable $AC_MEA does not supply any useful information about the validity of a
measurement called from a synchronized action.
Only one measurement job at a time may be active for an axis.
System variables:
$AA_MEAACT[Axis]
$A_PROBE[Probe]
Measured values in machine coordinate system with 2 probes (encoders):
94
1:
rising edge, probe 1
falling edge, probe 1
2:
rising edge, probe 2
falling edge, probe 2
Number of a FIFO variable

0
1
0
$AA_MM1[axis]
$AA_MM2[axis]
$AA_MM3[axis]
$AA_MM4[axis]
returns the current measurement status of an axis.
Measurement active
Measurement not active
returns the instantaneous status of the probe.
Probe switched, high signal
Probe not switched, low signal

Trigger event 1, encoder 2
Trigger event 2, encoder 1
