When the thermal relay is restored to normal condition after cooling, the error is reset.

Error description
When UV control is ON and
the intensity control rate is
20% or more, the UV
intensity changes by ±5% of
the set value or more.
When the intensity control
rate is less than 20%, the UV
intensity changes by ±7% of
the set value or more.
The left side cover is
disconnected or the screws
are loose.
The lamp is not cooled
sufficiently.
The lamp was forcefully
turned off when the cover
was removed or for another
reason.
The temperature inside the
body rises abnormally high.
Irradiation shutter failure

Remedy
(1) Conduct UV
intensity check.

(2) Replace the lamp.
Attach the left side
cover.
After turning the "LAMP
ON/OFF" switch to OFF
and "POWER" switch to
OFF, turn the "POWER"
to ON again, and leave
until the cooling fan
stops (for 10 minutes).
With the "POWER"
switch ON, turn the
"LAMP ON/OFF" switch
to OFF and leave for 10
minutes. (Caution)
Contact the store from
which you made
purchase.
Replace the lamp. (See
Page 61.)
Use with a lower
intensity control rate.
If a necessary UV
intensity cannot be
obtained, the expiration
of the lamp's useful life
is assumed. Replace
the lamp.
