Troubles
Possible reasons
Air or other non-condensing gas still in the system.
Fins in the condenser are dirty or foreign substance
blocking fins.
Over high air discharge
Insufficient chilling air volume or condenser fan
pressure (Cooling
error.
operation).
Excessive high air suction pressure.
Excessive refrigerant charging volume.
Over high ambient temperature
Surrounding temperature is lower.

Solutions
Discharge gas from refrigerant charging inlet.
Re-vacuum the system if necessary.
Clean condenser fins.
Check and repair the condenser fan, recover the
normal operation.
Clean the heat exchanger.
Replace the EXV, capillary, filter.
Discharge the excessive refrigerant.
Check ambient temperature
Measure the surrounding Temperature
Leak-hunting or recharging.
Refer to the "low suction pressure"
Discharge the additional refrigerant.
Check the heat insulation of water pipeline.
Measure the temperature difference between inlet
/outlet water, adjust the water flow.
Check installation.
Leak-hunting or recharging.
Descaling.
Check temperature difference between water inlet
and outlet, and adjust the water flow volume.
Discharge gas from refrigerant charging inlet.
Re-vacuum the system if necessary.
Descaling.
Check water temperature
Check chilling water temperature
Test leakage or charge sufficient refrigerant to the
system.
Add refrigerant.
Check the EXV, capillary, filter or pressure
controller.
Check ambient temperature around it.
Discharge the excessive refrigerant.
Charge sufficient refrigerant to the system
Check fan rotating direction
Reason about remove air short-circuit
Error comes out from 4-way valve or thermal
resistor. Replace a new one if necessary.
Error comes from pump or flow-type water volume
control. Check and repair or replace a new one.
Discharge air.
Upon error have been confirmed, please replace a
new one.
Discharge part of refrigerant.
Clean the heat exchanger.
Check the EXV,capillary, filter.
Upon error have been confirmed, please replace a
new one.
Clean the heat exchanger.
Check the EXV,capillary, filter.
Confirm voltage not higher or lower than the rated
voltage +/-10%.
