    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Remove two Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (28) and two Washers (31) from the Front Stabilizer (13). Remove bolts with the Allen Wrench provided. STEP 2 Install two Adjustable Levelers (52) with two Hexagon Nuts (53) onto the Front Stabilizer (13).
  • Page 12 STEP 3 Position the Front Stabilizer (13) in front of the Main Frame (1) and align bolt holes. Attach the Front Stabilizer (13) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (28) and two Washers (31). Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided.
  • Page 13 68 18 49 18 68 18 STEP 5 Position the Rear Base Frame (8) behind the Main Frame (1) and align bolt holes. Attach the Rear Base Frame (8) onto the rear curve of the Main Frame (1) with two Carriage Bolts (48), two Curve Washers (49), two Spring Washers (18), and two Cap Nuts (68).
  • Page 14 STEP 6 Remove eight Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (28), eight Spring Washers (18), and four Washers (31), and four Curve Washers (60) from the Main Frame (1). Remove bolts with the Allen Wrench provided. STEP 7 It is recommended to have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold the Front Post (9) in place while the other person to connect the wires.
  • Page 15 31 18 28 STEP 8 Insert the Front Post (9) onto the tube of the Main Frame (1) and secure with eight Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (28), eight Spring Washers (18), and four Washers (31), and four Curve Washers (60) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided. STEP 9 Remove one Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolt (59) and one Washer (35) from the Tension Control Knob (15).
  • Page 16 59 35 STEP 10 Put the cable end of resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (15) into the cable lock of Tension Cable (84), see Figure A. Pull the resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (15) up and force it into the slot of metal bracket of Tension Cable (84), see Figure B.

Slide the Left Handrail Arm (2) onto the left horizontal axle of the Front Post (9) with one Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolt (17), one Spring Washer (18), one Washer (19), and one Big Washer (29) that were removed.

Slide the Right Handrail Arm (6) onto the right horizontal axle of the Front Post (9) with one Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolt (17), one Spring Washer (18), one Washer (19), and one Big Washer (29) that were removed.

Attach the Roller Arm (5) to the U-Shape Bracket (57) with one Hexagon Head Bolt (26), one Washer (99), and one Hexagon Nylon Nut (63) that were removed. Tighten bolt and hexagon nylon nut with two Double Open End Wrenches provided.
  • Page 20 56 23 (22) Round Cap 23 56 2 PCS STEP 18 Attach the Left Foot Pedal Arm (3) onto the bottom end of the Left Handrail Arm (2) with one Axle (24), two Hexagon Head Bolts (23), and two Washers (56) that were removed. Tighten bolts with two Double Open End Wrenches provided.

Attach the Roller Arm (5) to the U-Shape Bracket (57) with one Hexagon Head Bolt (26), one Washer (99), and one Hexagon Nylon Nut (63) that were removed. Tighten bolt and hexagon nylon nut with two Double Open End Wrenches provided.
  • Page 22 (22) Round Cap 2 PCS STEP 22 Attach the Right Foot Pedal Arm (4) onto the bottom end of the Right Handrail Arm (6) with one Axle (24), two Hexagon Head Bolts (23), and two Washers (56) that were removed. Tighten bolts with two Double Open End Wrenches provided.
  • Page 23 STEP 24 The Left and Right Foot Pedals (47, 62) are marked with the letter L for the Left and R for the Right. First remove four Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (32) from Left and Right Foot Pedal Arms (3, 4).
  • Page 24 STEP 25 The Left and Right Handrails (11, 12) are marked with the letter L for the Left and R for the Right. Attach both Left and Right Handrails (11, 12) into the top ends of both Left and Right Handrail Arms (2, 6) with four Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (67), four Curve Washers (60), and four Cap Nuts (68).
  • Page 25 STEP 26 Remove two Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (28) and two Curve Washers (60) from the Front Post (9). Remove bolts with the Allen Wrench provided. STEP 27 Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (43) from the Handlebar (10) into the hole on the Front Post (9) and then pull them out from the top end of the Front Post (9).
  • Page 26 STEP 28 Remove four Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolts (58) from the Computer (72). Remove bolts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. STEP 29 It is recommended to have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold the Computer (72) in place while the other person to connect the wires.

    HOW TO MOVE THE ELLIPTICAL TRAINER Left & Right Handrails Transport Wheel Handle CAUTION: Due to the size and weight of the elliptical trainer, please moving it requires two people. One person stands in front of the elliptical trainer, hold both left and right handrails, and place one foot against one of the transport wheels.

    OPERATING THE COMPUTER USING YOUR COMPUTER The computer can be activated by pressing one of the three buttons or by pedaling. If you leave the equipment idle for 4 minutes, the power will turn off automatically. BUTTON FUNCTIONS: MODE: Press the MODE button to select each function of the computer.
  • Page 29 to count up immediately and the computer will begin beeping to remind you. CAL (CALORIES): Displays approximate amount of calories burned during workout. You may also pre-set target calories in STOP mode before training. To set CALORIES press the MODE button until the screen displays CAL. Press the SET button to change the calories.

    ADJUSTMENTS Tension Control Knob Adjusting the Tension Control Knob To increase the tension, turn the tension control knob in a clockwise direction. To decrease the tension, turn the tension control knob in a counterclockwise direction. Adjustable Leveler Adjusting the Adjustable Leveler Turn the adjustable leveler on the front stabilizer and rear base frame as needed to level the elliptical trainer.

    MAINTENANCE Cleaning The elliptical trainer can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the elliptical trainer after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before aerobic exercising. It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles.
  • Page 33 QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
