Using the touch panel
You can play recorded images and set the functions by
using the touch panel.
Place your hand on the rear side of the LCD panel to
support it. Then, touch the items displayed on the screen.
• Be careful not to press the buttons nearby
the LCD panel accidentally while using the
touch panel.
• The tabs and indicators that appear on the
LCD panel depend on the recording/playback
status of your DVD camcorder at the time.
• If the items on the touch panel do not work
correctly, adjust the LCD screen using the
"Calibration" function. page 74
USING THE VIEWFINDER
You can view pictures through the viewfi nder to avoid
running down the battery, or to see correct images when
the picture on the LCD screen is poor. The viewfi nder will
work when the LCD screen is closed.
Adjusting the focus
The focus adjustment knob of the viewfi nder enables
individuals with vision problems to see clearer images.
1. Close the LCD screen.
2. Use the focus adjustment knob of the viewfi nder to
focus the picture.
Viewing the sun or any strong light source through
the viewfi nder for a prolonged period may be
harmful, or cause temporary impairment.

LCD Control
La luz del sol o cualquier fuente de luz intensa a través del visor durante
tiempo prolongado puede ser perjudicial o causar problemas de visión
temporales.
Utilización del panel táctil
Puede reproducir las imágenes grabadas y defi nir las
funciones utilizando el panel táctil.
Coloque la mano en la parte posterior de la pantalla LCD
para sujetarla. A continuación, toque las opciones que
aparecen en pantalla.
• Tenga cuidado de no presionar
accidentalmente los botones que se
encuentran al lado de la pantalla LCD
mientras utiliza el panel táctil.
• Las fi chas e indicadores que aparecen en
la pantalla LCD dependen del estado de
grabación/reproducción en que se encuentre
la videocámara con DVD.
• Si las opciones del panel táctil no funcionan
correctamente, ajuste la pantalla LCD
utilizando la función "Calibration"

UTILIZACIÓN DEL VISOR
Puede ver imágenes a través del visor para evitar el
gasto de la batería, o ver imágenes correctas cuando la
imagen de la pantalla LCD sea pobre. El visor funcionará
cuando se cierre la pantalla LCD.
Ajuste del enfoque
El botón de ajuste de enfoque del visor permite a
personas con problemas de vista ver las imágenes más
claras.
1. Cierre de pantalla LCD.
2. Para enfocar una imagen emplee el botón de ajuste
de foco del visor.
