Set bias level to 0V.
Set delay to 100ms.
Select best source ranging.
Select the sweep source mode.
Select the linear sweep scale.
Set start level to 1V.
Set stop level to 10V.
Set step level to 1V.
Set trigger count to 10.
Turn output on.
Trigger sweep and acquire data.
