:FORMat:ELEMents
This command specifies or queries data elements to be included in the data string.

Details
When specifying data elements, you can:
Specify buffer elements in any order.
Include up to 9 elements in a single list.
Repeat elements as long as the number of elements in the list is 9 or less.
Use a comma to delineate multiple elements for a data point.
Use single or double quotes to enclose all of the elements.
The options for <item list> are described in the following table.

The RELative and RSTamp elements are defined as the time since the first reading was stored in
the buffer. These values are reset every 24-hours. The DATE, TIME, and TSTamp elements
represent absolute time from the internal real-time clock (RTC).
