The Alerts Window
If there is a problem with one of the printer components or with the
server, a red indicator appears in the printer icon and next to the
relevant component—for example, if a tray is empty.
The Alerts window lists all of the alert messages that are generated
during the workflow.
To open the Alerts window:
On the toolbar, click
The window has two view options:

To view all messages
All:

To view alerts related to a selected job. This is the

default view.
