Horizontal stabilizer

1. Installation of Tail cover · Elevator to the horizontal stabilizer.

● Cut the film for the servo hole.
(Up-side only)

● Mark the center of the Horizontal
stabilizer.

● Mark the center of the Tail cover.

● Temporarily place the tail cover on the center of the
horizontal stabilizer. Then, the mounting position of
tail cover is marked.

● Cut the film of Tail cover attachment part and peel off.
Do not cut balsa of the wing.

● Temporarily bond the Tail cover to the center
position. Adjust parallel to the Main wing in the
subsequent process and bond it.
● Temporarily with CA glue. After checking
the inclination with Wing, bond it later.

● Attach the Elevator to the Horizontal stabilizer with
6 paper hinges. The procedure is the same as for
Aileron.
● Insert 6 hinges into Elevator and pour CA glue.
● Pour CA glue into the paper hinge
inserted in the Horizontal stabilizer.

● Cut the hole film for Elevator horn.
！ There are two holes. Do not use this hole.

● Install the Elevator horn as shown. If the screw is
too tightened, the Elevator will deform, so tighten it
moderately. Apply a small amount of CA glue to fix.
