Horizontal stabilizer

1. Instal the Elevators

＜ Elevator ＞

● Grease up to the moving part of
the hinge.
● Do not allow grease to adhere to
the insertion part.

● Attach the rudder to the hinges
with Epoxy glue.
● Hinge
＜ Elevator ＞
！ Attention to the axial
direction of the hinge.
！ Epoxy adhesive should not
adhere to moving parts.
！ Do not allow grease to adhere
to the insertion part.
Install it firmly so as not to come off by vibration or
wind pressure.

apply Epoxy glue
on the back side.
● Horn guide
● After the adhesion has dried, pour a suitable amount
of Epoxy glue into the hinge hole of the Horizontal
stabilizer and insert Elevator into the wing.
No Clearance
！ Epoxy adhesive should not
adhere to moving parts.
● Move the elevator after drying. Check that the
rudder is securely attached.
● Ruff up the bottom of the
control horn with sandpaper to
help the glue stick to the horn.
＜ Elevator bottom side ＞
● 2-Control horns
● Adhesive with
● Cut the film of horn
● Attach the Elevator servos and Control horns to
the other Horizontal stabilizer by the same work.
Clearance is needed.
Epoxy glue
