2. Installation of Aileron Servos

● The hole of Aileron Servo and Control Horn are on
the wood under the film. Cut the film of that part.
(You can see through.)
● Also cut the round
h o l e f i l m f o r
Aileron wiring.

● There is a method of
using a soldering iron
to cut the film. Touch
with a soldering iron
along the basewood
hole. The remaining
film adheres to the
base wood.

● Connect Extension cord 200 mm to 2 servos used for
aileron.

grommets and Brass
eyelets to all servo as
shown in the figure.

● Drill a hole in the wood screw in the servo mount.
Fix the servo with 4 wood screws.
● The wiring passes through the
interior of the wing.
● Attach the servo
in the direction of
the figure.
● Pull out the wiring
from this round hole.

● For S. BUS connection Aileron CH1 servo to left wing,
CH6 to right wing.

● Cut the Control Horn for length adjustment.
up the bottom of the control horn with
sandpaper to help the glue stick to the horn.
● Adjust the length and position of
the Control Horn with reference
to the figure below and then
attach it with CA glue.

Horn to Rudder by the
same procedure.

● Linkage as shown. Use your radio to center
your servos. Attach a servo horn to each
servo so that the horn is vertical position.
● Attach the aileron servo to the other
main wing by the same work.
