Touch the upcoming event name to display
the event.
Note
If you have other pending event reminders,
these events will also appear on the screen.

Do one of the following:

Touch Snooze all to snooze all event
reminders for five minutes.
Touch Dismiss all to dismiss all event

reminders.

Press BACK to keep the reminders
pending in the notifications area of the
status bar.
Synchronize Microsoft® Office Outlook® calendar
You can synchronize Outlook calendar on your computer with Google Calendar on
the web. Since Calendar on your phone can automatically synchronize with Google
Calendar, you can access your Outlook calendar appointments and events on your
phone anytime.
Note
Make sure that your computer is running on Windows Vista® or 3-bit Windows® XP
operating system and that your Outlook version is 003 or 007.
To synchronize your Outlook calendar
1.
On your computer, download the Google Calendar Sync application from:
http://dl.google.com/googlecalendarsync/GoogleCalendarSync_Installer.exe
2.
When a dialog box appears, click Save File.

After downloading the file, the file should open automatically. If it doesn't,
manually open it from your browser's download window.
4.
When prompted, click OK to confirm installation.
