10. Reinstall the ground lead onto the manifold (1).
Note
Ensure the star washer (20) is placed
below the ground ring terminal.
11. Insert the plug (P), RTD (R) and thermal cutoff
(52) into the manifold ports. See
Note
Do not apply grease on the RTD or
thermal cutoff.
12. Insert the heater cartridges (3) in the manifold (1).

13. Reinstall the manifold cover plate (52).
14. Reconnect the cordset (17) to the heated hose.
15. Return to service.
