Report
Certificate
Recognizes students who have successfully completed
their goals for number of WPM (words per minute) and
errors. Each certificate includes a title, the student
name, the accomplishment, and two signature lines.
Class
Lists your KeyWords classes, their teachers, and their
students.
Things to Note
• Only KeyWords RP classes are included. To make a
class a KeyWords RP class, check the KeyWords box
when you assign a teacher.
Diagnostic
Helps you monitor student work on keyboarding
lessons in NEO KeyWords. It notes progress toward
goals and alerts you to problems students are having.
The report includes the number/percentage of
completed lessons/total, the number/percentage of
passed lessons/taken, diagnostic codes, and detailed
information about the lessons completed (including the
lesson names, goal WPM/error, actual WPM/error, and
the date the data was imported into RP from
AlphaSmart Manager).
Things to Note
• Diagnostic codes are defined on the report. They help
you see potential problems.
• Supports a direct discussion with an individual
student's parents or guardians.
• There is a page break after each group.
Enrollment
Lists students in your classes and each student's ID,
grade, class, and teacher.
Schoolwide
Provides details from your students' most recent
Summary
KeyWords tests. Shows averages of the all the lessons
completed and the latest lesson completed by grade and
class.

• Use this report to get a good overall picture of your
students' keyboarding performance while using
KeyWords on the NEO.
