I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, but I have accidentally erased the
quiz document from my computer and I don't remember the Admin
Password. Now I am unable to remove t he quiz fr om the NEOs.
If there are any responses for other quizzes stored on the NEOs, use
QuizManager to retrieve them. Then, print any response sets for the "lost"
quiz on each NEO (see page 7-31), or save each one as an AlphaWord file and
transfer it to your computer for archival (see page 7-32). You can now delete
and reinstall AlphaQuiz using AlphaSmart Manager; this will remove all
quizzes, including the "lost" one.
Follow these steps:
1. On the SmartApplets tab in AlphaSmart Manager, select all the
SmartApplets you want to keep on the NEOs except for AlphaQuiz and
click Add. Check the Delete SmartApplets that are not in the Install
List box. Click the Send List tab and click Send.
2. When AlphaSmart Manager finishes sending the SmartApplets to the
NEOs, open a new send list by choosing File
SmartApplets tab, select AlphaQuiz and click Add, and uncheck the
Delete SmartApplets box. Click the Send List tab and click Send.
