7. Click Done to close the report window.
8. Click Close to close the Reports window.
By following the steps below, you can export student quiz scores so that you
can bring them into a computerized gradebook program. If you want
QuizManager to match the students' quiz scores to their names in the grade
book program, the gradebook program must be able to 1) export a text file
roster of student names, and 2) import a text file of names and scores.
1. In your gradebook program, export a student roster and save it as a text
file if you'd like QuizManager to match the student scores to these names.
Make sure you enter the last name, a comma and space, and then the
first name (as in Smith, John).
2. Make sure you are viewing the student response document. If you closed
the document, click the File menu, click Open, and select and open the
document.
3. Click Export at the bottom of the window.
