8.3

Maximum drying time "IntEr"

Drying modes 4 – 7 allow predefinition of the maximum drying period. This can be
predefined between 10 minutes and 9 hours 50 minutes.

8.4 Drying temperature "tEmP"

The drying temperature can be selected between 50°C and 160°C.

8.5 Data query time interval "Strob"

The "Strob" interval time is the time between two points in time of the query result
data transfer via the RS-232 interface.
When using modes 1 – 6 the test is concluded if 3 query results are the same. This is
the case if no further moisture is able to escape from the sample.
Note:
The following keys are used to set and select the parameters (chapter 8.3 – 8.5):
Function key – selects the parameters and adopts settings
Used to run through the various parameter settings, numerical entry
from 0-9
Used to change the entry point on the display screen

9.1 Control elements

9.1.1 Overview of the keyboard

Function key – selects the parameters and adopts settings
Used to run through the various parameter settings, numerical entry
from 0-9
Used to change the entry point on the display screen
Transmits the test or weighing results to a printer via the RS-232 inter-
face.
Starts the drying procedure.
Sets the display to zero in weighing mode. The drying process can be
aborted by pressing the stop key.
