The turbocharger (1) is located on the right
side of the engine below the exhaust gas
recirculation cooler.
Task
The turbocharger (1) converts the thermal
energy of the exhaust flow into mechanical
energy and compacts the suctioned air.

supply connection (7) which is lubricated and cooled in this way.
Via a return line, the engine oil flows back again into the
