The engine brake solenoid valve, stage 1 (Y624) is installed in the
front rocker arm bracket, the Engine brake solenoid valve, stage 2
(Y625) in the rear rocker arm bracket in the camshaft case.
Task
The task of the engine brake solenoid valve, stage 1 (Y624) is to
supply oil pressure to the hydroelements in the exhaust rocker
arms of cylinders 1 and 3.
The engine brake solenoid valve, stage 2 (Y625) on the other hand
applies oil pressure to cylinders 4...6 for actuation.
