B87 Coolant pressure control sensor
The coolant pressure control sensor (B87) is
located on the coolant expansion reservoir.
Task
The coolant pressure control sensor (B87) monitors the pressure in
the coolant circuit. The signals from the coolant pressure control
sensor (B87) are read in directly by the drive control (CPC) control
unit (A3). The drive control (CPC) control unit (A3) uses them to
calculate the set values for the coolant pressure control solenoid
valve (Y57).
