DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE (n12)（分解手順）
Precautions（注意事項）
* Install the cord binders as they were installed
before removal.
* After replacing the DM-B, PN-B, PNSB circuit
boards and fader, be sure to calibrate the faders.
(See page 79)
1. Side Cover L
(Time required: About 1 minute)
1-1 Remove the six (6) screws marked [200A]. The
side cover L can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
2. Side Cover R
(Time required: About 1 minute)
2-1 Remove the six (6) screws marked [220A]. The
side cover R can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
3. Front Cover
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
3-1 Remove the side cover L. (See procedure 1)
3-2 Remove the side cover R. (See procedure 2)
3-3 Remove the six (6) screws marked [180]. The front
cover can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
4. Bottom Cover
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
4-1 Remove the fourteen (14) screws marked [240A]
and the three (3) screws marked [320A]. The bot-
tom cover can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
5. DM-B Circuit Board
(Time required: About 9 minutes)
5-1 Remove the side cover L. (See procedure 1)
5-2 Remove the side cover R. (See procedure 2)
5-3 Remove the front cover. (See procedure 3)
5-4 Remove the bottom cover. (See procedure 4)
5-5 Remove the the fi ve (5) screws marked [50], two (2)
screws marked [80A] and two (2) screws marked
[160]. The side angle R can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
5-6 Remove the three (3) screws marked [130A] and
the screw marked [350]. The holder R assembly
can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
5-7 Remove the two (2) hexagonal spacers marked
[100A] and five (5) screws marked [110A]. The
DM-B circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
※ 束線止めは、取り外す前と同じように取り付けてく
ださい。
※ DM-B シート、PN-B シート、PNSB シート、フェー
ダーを交換後は、フェーダーのキャリブレーション
を実施してください。 （101 ページ参照）
1. サイドカバー左
（所要時間：約 1 分）
1-1 [200A] のネジ 6 本を外して、サイドカバー左を外
します。 （図 1）
2. サイドカバー右
（所要時間：約 1 分）
2-1 [220A] のネジ 6 本を外して、サイドカバー右を外
します。 （図 1）
3. フロントカバー
（所要時間：約 3 分）
3-1 サイドカバー左を外します。 （1 項参照）
3-2 サイドカバー右を外します。 （2 項参照）
3-3 [180] のネジ 6 本を外して、フロントカバーを外
します。 （図 1）
4. ボトムカバー
（所要時間：約 3 分）
4-1 [240A] のネジ 14 本と [320A] のネジ 3 本を外して、
ボトムカバーを外します。 （図 1）
5. DM-B シート
（所要時間：約 9 分）
5-1 サイドカバー左を外します。 （1 項参照）
5-2 サイドカバー右を外します。 （2 項参照）
5-3 フロントカバーを外します。 （3 項参照）
5-4 ボトムカバーを外します。 （4 項参照）
5-5 [50] の ネ ジ 5 本 と [80A] の ネ ジ 2 本、[160] の ネ
ジ 2 本を外して、 サイド金具右を外します。 （図 1）
5-6 [130A] のネジ 3 本と [350] のネジ 1 本を外して、
固定金具 R アセンブリーを外します。 （図 1）
5-7 [100A] の六角スペーサー 2 個と [110A] のネジ 5 本、
DM-B シートを外します。 （図 1）
