Battery Installation
To ensure proper operation in the event of a power failure, the battery must be
correctly installed.
When power is cut, the battery is used; if the battery is exhausted please don't
remove it. When AC power resumes, the battery will gradually be recharged.
1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Install the battery.
Note:
Be sure to observe proper polarity direction when installing the battery.
3. Secure the battery compartment cover. Make sure that the cover is tightly
secured.

Begin Operation

Properly connect the power adaptor and correctly install the battery. The phone
will test the display, then default to standby mode.

Note:
Place the phone in a location with adequate signal reception to ensure speech quality.
The phone utilizes an omni-directional antenna. However, signal strength may be affected by
interference and by adjusting antenna direction, the phone may receive stronger signals.
The antenna cannot be removed. Doing so will damage the aerial.
When the battery is supplying power to the phone during a power failure, the following
standby screen will be displayed:
