    Precautions Please note the following precautions before using your phone. Operating environment: Turn off your telephone when in an aircraft. Telephone use in an aircraft may be dangerous to the operation of the aircraft. Do not use the equipment at a refueling point. Users are reminded of the need to observe restrictions on the use of radio equipment in fuel depots, chemical plants or when blasting operations are in progress.

    AC adapter. Other usage will invalidate any appr oval given to this apparatus and may be dangerous. - Always use UTStarcom approved accessories in order to maintain high per formance and avoid damage. - It is normal for UTS702, charging apparatus and battery pack to f eel warm during charging.

    Battery and charging: · DO NOT apply force when fitting the battery to the telephone. · Always charge the battery pack in a well ventilated area, not in sunlight, be tween +5 C to +35 C. It is not possible to recharge the batt ery pack outside this temperature range.
