Possible cause
▪ Overvoltage
Solution
▸ Cancel the error message by pressing the
button.
▸ Turn the power supply off for about 1 minute
and then turn it back on again.
▸ Next select a programme.
▸ If the error appears again, note down the er-
ror message in full and the serial number
(FN) and then turn off the power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
▸ Inform the caretaker, the owner of the appli-
ance or the property management company.

▸ Next select a programme.
If the error appears again:
▸ Switch the power supply off.
▸ Have an electrician check the house installa-
tion.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the error message in full and the
serial number (FN) and then disconnect the
power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
▸ Inform the caretaker, the owner of the appli-
ance or the property management company.
