– Door filter
– Filter mat in door filter
– Base filter
– Additional filter mat

Possible cause
▪ The following parts in the
appliance could be

– heat pump filter
– cooler filter
After cleaning, if the «A11» error message appears in the display
again, the parts in the appliance that can trigger an «A9» error mes-
sage must also be checked again.

▸ Check and, if necessary, clean the parts.
▸ Cancel the error message by pressing the
button.
▸ Start the programme.
▸ If the error appears again, note down the er-
ror message in full and the serial number
(FN) and then turn off the power supply.
▸ Inform the caretaker, the owner of the appli-
ance or the property management company.
