Diagnostics via PROFINET IO

The system CPX-E supports diagnostics options via PROFINET IO in accordance with IEC 61158; for example,
module-related and channel-related status information as well as error detection in the online mode of the control
software and in the PLC user program.
2.5.1

Error numbers

With the exception of the CPX-E error numbers listed in Tab. 2.8, the CPX-E error numbers in the
PROFINET IO network are transferred with an offset of 1000:
è CPX-E error number + 1000 = PROFINET IO error number
