Updating devices

On these pages you can load the update file with the new firmware (*.swf) on the device and
start the update process.
Calling the Web page
In the navigation, select "Remote connections > Device update".
Displayed entries
A list of the devices that support this function is displayed.

Updating firmware
1. Click on the "Firmware file" tab.
2. Click the "Select file" button.
3. Navigate to the storage directory and select the update file (*.swf).
4. Confirm your selection with the "Open" button and click the ".Import" button.
5. Click on the "Devices" tab.
6. Select the devices to be updated.
7. Save your selection.
Result:
After saving, the SINEMA RC Server sends the request to the device to load the new
firmware. The device downloads the firmware and restarts.

Meaning
The firmware version that the device transferred to the SINEMA RC Server.
Provides information when the device last requested the firmware.
The device is connected to SINEMA RC Server via VPN.
The device is disabled.
The device is not connected to SINEMA RC Server via VPN.
Deactivate device.
If the device is connected, the existing connection is also deac-

tivated.
If the device attempts to establish a VPN connection, the device is
•
ignored by the SINEMA RC Server.
Activate the device again.
