TerraTrikes are strong enough for most riding conditions, but that is not a license to ride in a hazardous or abusive manner (which will void the warranty)! I'm giving my 13 year old grandson my 2013 Rover he's 13 but is special needs and is about the size of a 9 year old. I haven't measured his xseam yet but I need to know how small of an xseam that Rover will work for. Thank you for your help
