I'm giving my 13 year old grandson my 2013 Rover he's 13 but is special needs and is about the size of a 9 year old. I haven't measured his xseam yet but I need to know how small of an xseam that Rover will work for. Thank you for your help

How to adjust chain

To adjust the chain on a TerraTrike Rover, first loosen the four set screws along the bottom left corner of the main tube using a 4mm Allen wrench. Then, slide the boom to the desired length and re-tighten the set screws to 90 in. lbs. The chain must be lengthened or shortened by two inches for every inch the boom is moved. It is recommended to take the trike to a TerraTrike dealer or bike shop to ensure the adjustment is done correctly.
