Note
When searching for other Bluetooth™
devices, you may see only their unique
Bluetooth™ addresses (when no name
was given). To see your unique address,
enter in standby mode: *#2820#
Sending via Bluetooth™
To send an item via Bluetooth™, you
must first select it in its application
(for example, CameraKImages,
select an image). Then:
OptionsKSendKvia Bluetooth™
Your phone starts to search for other
Bluetooth™ devices. If Bluetooth is
turned off, you will be asked if you
want to turn it on.
All found partners are shown on the
display with a device icon, their Blue-
tooth™ name and the device type.
Trusted partners are indicated by an
icon
.
Note
An existing list of devices may appear, if
you have already searched for other devic-
es. In this case select
Icons for devices are:
Computer
Phone
Car Kit
headset
Other
Unknown
Stop
Press to interrupt search and
work with devices already
found.
Setup
More
devices.
Select the partner you want to con-
nect with.
B
Press Select. The item you
want to send is copied to
the Outbox.
Connecting
M
If "Pairing" is required by
the other device, you
must enter a password.
The default password is
0000. Give it to the part-
ner, for its unique use.
Subsequently this device
is trusted.
Now the connection
should be established.
Sending data
After the message has
been sent, the Bluetooth™
connection will be ended
automatically.
Note
If sending fails, the message will be deleted
from the Outbox.
Data received via Bluetooth™ are stored in
the Inbox, p. 32.
Status icons:
Bluetooth™ active.
Connection is active.
