User Manual WS103 Remote Solution WS Wireless configurator Device configuration CAN Baudrate The CAN Baud-rate refers to the rate (speed) at which data is transmitted on the network. This is typically expressed in kilobits-per-second (kbit/s) Selecting the incorrect Baud-rate can cause erratic behavior on the network, by default it is set to 250 Kbit/s (J1939 standard).
Enable boot-up message This parameter enables WS103 to send a CAN message at every boot-up, by default it is not checked. CAN Receive configuration It is possible to define the CAN message received by WS103.
In the Mini Access Point (MiniAP) Operating Mode, the device acts as an access point for a limited number of clients. If the DHCP mode is set to server, WS103 will assign IP addresses to client devices based on the configured settings.
Page 23
For networks that do not have a wireless security password select None. If the WS103 FW version is below 1.0.0 the MiniAP cannot generate a secure wireless network. With the WS103 FW version 1.0.0 the MiniAP is temporarily not available and will be introduced in the WS103 FW 2.0.0 with the secure wireless network.
