The user checks [FCPSR0]<PG1>=0. If protection status enabled then write "0" to [FCPMR0]<PM1> for
temporary release protection.

6.8.1.3. Step-3

The user transfers the reprogramming routine to the on-chip RAM, and moves the PC (Program Counter) to the
transferred program.
