Chamber
The Model 6105 is a guarded
test
fixture
for measure-
ment of surface
and volume resistivities.
The chamber
is designed
in accordance
with
ASTM Standard
Method of
Test
for Electrical
Resistance
of Insulating
Materials,
0257-66.
The 6105 can be used in conlunction
with
a"
electrometer
and voltage
supply.
Applications:
~esistivity
can be determined
by measuring
the current
through
a sample with
a known voltage
impressed.
The
measurement
can be made most conveniently
when a set
of electrodes
are used which can be calibrated
in terms
of surface
or volume resiscivity.
The Keiehley
Model
6105 Resistivity
Adapter
has been designed
for use with
a Keithley
electrometer
and an optional
high voltage
supply
such as the Model 240A.
