1-2. Determine the width of the crate
●For Product Width of 35.4"

●For Product Width of 38 - 48"
Front Panel A
When connecting Front Panel A to Front Panel B, if Front Panel B
overlaps and causes narrow entrance of the Front Panel A where
Door Panel will attach, remove the Wire Panel of Front Panel B by
following the steps below.
①Remove Short/Long Bolts (2) and Nuts (2). Please make sure to remove
correct bolts and nuts as shown on right figure.
②Remove the Top Frame.
③Remove the Wire Panel on the door side.
④Attach Top Frame back to Front Panel B using Short/Long Bolts (2) and Nuts (2).
●For Product Width of 50.6 - 60.6"

Attach Frames
Make sure to tighten the Nuts (16) on
Front/Back Panels.
※Make sure to check that there are no loosened Nuts.

Attach Trays
The Floor Tray is designed to fit and expand with
Expandable Pet Crate.
Make sure to lap more than 2 rows of grooves
on Upper/Lower Tray as shown.
Cautions!
●In case of pet accidents on the connection area of the trays,
separate Upper and Lower Tray and clean the stain on the
surface and the connection areas thoroughly. Please be
careful not to drop the tray on a floor while cleaning.
●Be careful of leakage of liquid/urine at the corners,
connections or/and rims.

Firmly press the front-row convex joint of the
Upper Tray (See the arrows in the figure above)
until both Trays are fixed. (Only the front-row
convex has joint fixing grooves.)
