Press and release the C button
The measurement hand (short hand/long hand) moves.
Confirm that the hands have stopped, and then perform the following operations.

Turn the crown to adjust the measurement hand (short hand/long hand) to 0
F
Push the crown back in to lock it
The clock starts moving.
