Turn the crown to adjust the measurement hand (short hand/long hand) to 0

Hold down the B button for approximately three seconds
The small second hand stops at 18 seconds.

Turn the crown to adjust the calendar to 1
Turn the crown quickly to move the calendar forward/backward quickly.
To stop winding the hands backward/forward quickly, turn the crown again in or wind in the opposite
direction.
