Ensure that shortening is packed
tightly around heating elements!
Make sure that the Melt Cycle
switch is set to MELT ON.
Ensure that shortening level is filled
to the level mark.
Gently move the capillary tube
away from the heating elements
Perform a through cleaning of
the fryer as described in 3.2.
Check the setting and
calibration of the thermostat.
If the High Limit switch can
not be reset of continues to
trip early replace the switch.
