3.10 Test lamp /replace lamp
This service is used to replace and test the lamp in the photometer
block. An AutoCal procedure (calibration) is triggered that cannot be
quit when the subsequent measuring procedure starts.
3.10.1 Test lamp
This service switches the lamp in the photometer block on/off several
times.

Measuring mode
Select the TresCon Pges module with 68.
Call up the Parameters Pges menu with 3. The main menu

appears on the display.
Select the Service menu item with 68 and confirm with

3. The service menu appears.
Select the Test lamp/Replace lamp menu item with 68

and confirm with 3.
Warning
Danger to the eyes from glare! The lamp is very bright and can cause
eye injuries. Start the following steps only when the lid of the
thermoblock is closed!
Confirm the prompts of the checklist with 3 after checking.

The lamp is switched on/off automatically 8 times. The
remaining time appears on the display. If the lamp does not
illuminate, it is defective and must be replaced (Replace lamp
service).
