Heavy Duty Tab Cutter Issue 1
-- Broken fitting
-- Air Pressure set too high and petcock not adjusted
properly
-- Broken or cracked fitting
-- Broken valve stem
-- Internal airline not sealing
-- Not plugged into outlet
-- Table tilted and interlock not depressed
-- Broken or loose wire
-- Air Pressure under 50lbs. & valves won't operate
-- Interlock switch vibrated loose & out of locations un-
der safety rod.
-- Bent Finger Switch
-- Defective finger switch
-- Lack of Lubrication
-- Valve blocked or bad.
-- Muffler blocked.
-- Low Air Pressure
-- Speed control valve turned too low.
-- Blocked filter
-- Bad Valve (leaking internally)
-- Bad Cylinder -- Cylinder is leaking from one side of
the piston inside the cylinder.
Cause

Remedy
Locate & Replace
Locate & Replace
Plug into outlet
Unclamp table and lay flat
on table rest.
Inspect wiring & replace or
tighten connection
Machine pressure must be
set at a minimum 50lbs.
Adjust
Check Interlock
Check mounting screws lo-
cated on valve plate
Bend switch finger to trip at
proper point.
Replace Finger Switch
Check Lube.
You must use Oil Dump Air
and operate manually.
Check Valve & replace if
needed.
Remove muffler & clean or
replace.
Check Pressure Gage.
(Min. pressure is 50lbs.)
Set petcock or needle valve
properly.
Clean Lube Assembly Filter
Locate valve & replace
Replace Cylinder.
