CALIBRATION MENU
This section provides a general overview of the Calibration Menu. The Startup Procedure got your system up and
running. The Calibration Menu is used to enter setup and calibration parameters if your application requires a more
detailed set up, and/or to modify parameters you originally entered during startup.
21 PRIM (PRIMARY ELEMENT)
The primary element type and size were selected during the Startup Procedure. The Prim Menu allows you to
display and modify the primary element type and size. The primary element type choices are:
Flum (flume) — Parshall, Palmer-Bowlus, Leopold-Lagco, Trapezoidal, and Other
Weir — Rectangular (with and without end contractions), V-Notch, Cipolletti, and Other
Nozz (nozzle) — Kennison
22 ZERO
The Zero Menu allows you to display and modify the Auto or Manual calibration parameters.
The Auto parameters are:
Max Head — The maximum head for your primary element, available from the flow chart supplied by the
primary element manufacturer.
ReSet: Reset minimum flow,
maximum flow and total flow
Avg: Establish number of
reading to average for display
Temp: Sets up temperature
