III. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Operation centers around the low torque, slow speed synchronous motor. The motor either turns the paddle in the absence of the bulk material, or turns itself to actuate the micro switch when paddle rotation is stopped by the bulk material. -

USE 2-1/4 IN. WRENCH FOR PROCESS FITTING UNITS, OTHERWISE A STRAP WRENCH SHOULD BE USED TO TIGHTEN INTO PLACE. GUIDELINES The following precautions should be observed when installing and operating a Roto-Bin-Dicator PRO device: • The installation and wiring of this product must comply with all national, federal, state, municipal and local codes that apply. -

1. On a 7 in. bolt circle, drill and tap or drill 6 equally spaced holes in the bin wall for 1/4 in. bolts or cap screws. If not tapped, bolt heads should be tack welded to the bin inner wall. -
