from 1300nm IN to PROBE port and from 1300nm IN to VOA IN port.

For optimal operation of the balanced detector the optical path length of the two input
channels should be matched. Therefore the optical path length from VOA IN to
VOA OUT port (including the VOA) should be twice as long compared to the optical
