1.4 Remedies for alarms
Name: Board error
 A part in the servo amplifier is malfunctioning.
Cause Check method
(1) The servo amplifier Disconnect the cables
recognition signal was except for the control
not read properly. circuit power supply, and
then check the
repeatability.
