11. FWR

Notice: This software is only allowed to use in Japanese Language. (see [14.4. Windows Languages settings]
for changing a language)
FWR Host RTvu is software to upgrade and reboot SPU (PXI). It must be connected with display unit and SPU
(PXI) by LAN cable.

11.1. Upgrade

It could upgrade software of the following:
- FWR: PXI
- MTRcont: Motor driver
- MoniCon_App: Application of Monitor controller
- MoniCon_FPGA: FPGA of Monitor controller

1. Double-click the [FWR_Host_RTvu.exe] icon on the
desktop to open the software.
2. Click the "FWR Update" software button to update
the FWR software. (Click other software buttons to
update the appropriate software.)
Notice: Update to the latest version of FWR before
updating other software.
3. Select the location to save the file.
4. The status for the update in progress is shown under
the software button.
5. Click the [FWR Reboot] button after the status for the
reboot procedure is shown under the software
button.
6. Click [Exit] after the reboot is complete.
7. Click [RainMap] icon on the desktop to open software.
8. Click [Connect] button under [Radar Operation].
9. Click [Version] under [Help] menu bar to popup
[Version information] to confirm software version.

11.2. Reboot SPU (PXI)

It could reboot SPU for some reason if it is necessary.
1. Click [FWR_Host_RTvu.exe] icon on the desktop to open software.
2. Click [FWR Reboot] button. Reboot process of FWR reboot will be shown under [FWR Reboot] button.
3. Click [Exit] after reboot.
